We’re looking for an experienced and creative Content Manager to lead content strategy, ideation, and planning for a portfolio of clients (our “pod”).

The Role
As our Content Manager, you'll devise and own all pod content strategy, agnostic of platform, helping our clients tell their stories across the channels that matter to their audiences, whether that be web (content and AI SEO), Social, PR, Ambassadors and Influencers and web communities, you will architect engaging stories in one consistent voice.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy and planning (25%)
Contribute to the strategy work being planned by the Marketing Manager across all client briefs to ensure Content strategy and storytelling across platforms is central.
Take ad-hoc content briefs to plan and execute as they come in as individual projects.
Create and oversee all organic Content strategy and activation across pod clients, agnostic of channel. This includes owning websites (content and AI SEO), PR, Social channels, CRM/Lifecycles, Ambassadors, Influencers and web communities.
Work with your fellow Managers for Paid Media (to align promotional strategy) and Creative and Design, for any build or redesign of platforms.
Create growth strategies across all client organic content platforms.
Execution and channel management (60%)
Execute all plans across platforms, utilising the Ouma expert network for copy, design, visuals, creators, community management and engagement etc.
Foster the expert network for ongoing growth in talent and skillsets relevant to ever changing Social and content landscape.
Measurement (10%)
Align with your Analytics colleagues to measure, analyse and review the success of your work against client growth ambitions.
Ensure specialist measurement (i.e. social listening) is in place where funded.
People, Team & Culture (5%)
Play an active role in training broader team in Content, skills, trends and news.

Brilliant Content Marketing skillsets, through experience and/or CIM membership.
Fundamental, foundational and modern Marketing academia and methods.
Ability to interrogate a brief and create unique brand and business insights.
Expert-eye Marketing research, audience work, insights and analysis.
Detailed, thorough and faultless Content plans, schematics and phasing.
Content planning ideation and creativity of Marketing initiatives for growth.
Content Marketing and planning workshops facilitation and running.
Expert collaboration with colleagues to create broader, more successful ideas.
Budget controls and planning to create work within reason.
Top platform expertise across all organic channels, including SEO, Social, PR, CRM etc.
Ongoing curiosity to learn on the cutting edge of content platforms (i.e. AI SEO)
Proactive in nature to sell in new ideas across your platforms for testing.
Management of external stakeholders including Ouma Marketing expert network.
